I rent every week from this location. Staffed by caring professionals. They know my preferences and quickly get me on my way.
Never had a bad experience, in and out quickly. Even when I wasn't 100% satisfied they took care of me and changed cars. No problems, made sure I was happy.
*****update..... the manager got in contact with me and did everything possible to ensure we were happy he was going to switch out the car and everything like that. The follow-up customer service from the manager was amazing so I'm taking it from two stars to four stars. Seeing how they want to keep their customers extremely happy there's a good chance they will have my business in the future. Thank u for your amazing follow up work. Most companies will comment saying they want to make things right and you can't even get in touch with them and they never actually contact you. You guys did and went over and Beyond what I expected after my initial experience!!!
Just left the car is dirty only a quarter of tank of gas and 0% left life of the oil. So I guess tomorrow we're just going to have to take it right back. You would have got a one-star if I had to pay for it, thank God for insurance. That's the only reason you got the second star. But then with grapes me the most is I'm already in Greensboro can't turn around and go right back and they don't even answer their phone
I like the company's business model and Car selection is consistent.
Very nice staff. Car was clean & everything worked just fine. Car drove like new. I didn't know of a extra deposit I had to pay & didn't have it all on my card when I got there, the lady was nice enough to let me drive off & just call when I got to the bank. My deposit was back on my card the next day after I turned the car in. I would definitely rent from this location again!
I am always glad when I can rent a car from the neighborhood location and avoid the interstate traffic to the airport. The staff at this location are pleasant and helpful, and I intend to try to rent from this location whenever I require a rental car. Five stars!
