Most employees are helpful, most. One week before Thanksgiving and busy but they only had 3 register open! Lines were 5-6 carts long, people not just us were complaining finally they opened 1, only 1 more and it filled up fast. Unbelievable!
If you think about returning anything, at any Walmart think twice and do not order online its all the scam and they charge you a 25% charge of a returned item that was shipped to your home. They may tell you that you can pick it up in the store but they want that 25% so they sneak and have it shipped to your door and it may NOT BE YOUR DOOR. I experienced this for myself and then when I went to return a small item the other day because it was a store Walmart they said they could not give me my full refund which was a lie. Also if you have up to 3 items to return, they come up with a new policy that if you return the third item you will be deducted 25% come up with a new policy that if you return the third item you will be deducted 25% and put into their pocket. When I seen Walmart LISTED AS A PART OF AMAZON LIST....I JUST CAN'T CANNOT ORDER NOW. WALMART IS GREEDY AND HORRIBLE RIPOFF. I LET THEM GET 25 % OF THE 3RD ITEM BECAUSE I WAS IN A HURRY. !!!!!!! Another trick they have up their sleeve is ringing up all your items and I mentioned that the first item rang up was in error and refused a price check. Start checking your receipts more closely!!!!!!
Three different items I wanted and needed. They where completely out. A few days before I went I to get 9 lives cat food and they where out. The shelves were basically empty. I spoke with Mr. Ellington on both of these occasions. I guess I need to start shopping at Target.
Why is there so many check out stations that are not being used . Not just during the holidays but throughout the year. And their prices are not compatible with others such as amazon and walmart's own Website. And the excuse for paying for convenience is not an option these days . Especially when they pull the same products off there own shelf cheaper on their website just to have you pick it up at a later time when the products are there on the shelf . And pet supplies and pet food are cheaper at Tractor Supply. And deli cooked foods suck . That's not just my opinion.
Very organized Black Friday sale. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Cashiers were in a good mood and also very helpful and cheerful. Overall, I had a good experience.
