Took calling multiple times a day for several days in a row before I could finally book first injection. I was transferred continuously and then disconnected (hung up on) or sent to a voicemail. I work in a call center I know phone etiquette, and the sound of a line being picked up (taken off hold) and then unceremoniously hung up on...I had to lose my temper to finally get scheduled, which I hate doing. I work on phones, I know how awful it is to be yelled at or spoken to rudely for something not your fault....but when I'm just trying to start treatment for allergies so I can eventually find relief, and I've tried several times...I lost my temper. Apologies to whoever was on the receiving end, but please do not needlessly and repeatedly transfer me rather than helping...
My son has been seen by Dr. Scannell which she takes her time to make sure you understand everything that is going on with your allergies. Dr. Scannell does s great job to get the right test done for you. My son has a 5 year process for his allergy shots, he was going twice a wk getting 3 shots. Now he goes once a wk still 3 shots. We are only going into 1 year in September. My son has asthma, when the test were done we found out he is highly allergic to outside mold. Which is everywhere. My son is 11; he doesn't mind the shots says it doesn't hurt because the nurses are great. Great place, and caring staff. David has had only 1 asthma attack which he didn't have to be hospitalized, so thanks Allergy Partners for getting to the reason for the attacks.
