I will not schedule with these people simply because their office staff is rude and unprofessional. I've owned my own businesses and know what customer service should look like. I've never dealt with such rude office staff beginning with the lady who answers the phone and ending with the man who I spoke to for an estimate.
I just had the most elegant light diffusing shade installed over my enormous hallway window by two most elegant gentlemen, Kevin and Jonathan. Professional, courteous, mild-mannered and sincere...and they cleaned up.And like it is said..."Like it never even happened." The hallway, which was so hot and sunny in the afternoon, is now cool and softly lit. In the past Caudill's installed an alarm system and then upgraded it last summer. I am so happy to know them for I trusted them with my safety.
Recently worked with Kevin at Caudill's to install a security system for my home. Throughout the process I was impressed with Kevin's responsiveness and "can do" attitude. The gentlemen who installed the system were consummate professionals who got the job done efficiently. So far the product itself has met all of my needs. Many thanks to the Caudill's team. I would definitely recommend them.
Obtained 4 quotes for electrical work at my house and they were more than double than the other 3 quotes. The guy that came out should have said he didn't want the job instead of wasting time by working up a ridiculous quote. If they did want the job, then save your time and get bids from someone else because at 2.5 times higher, they weren't even in the ballpark.
We just moved to Kernersville and have had the pleasure of meeting with Kevin Tedder to discuss our Security System. He couldn't be more pleasant and courteous. He was on time and explained everything to us in a very professional manner. He also put us in touch with Patrick & Ryan to install our flat screen tv above the fireplace. They did an awesome job. Robert Eglinger came to hook everything up. Again, courteous, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good, honest, reputable service.
