Susanna is so easy to work with, very quick getting the information I need. She even helped me get needed documents to close on my house over Thanksgiving! That was above and beyond and definitely gave my loyalty to her as my agent. I also love that she knows and reviews my policies to make sure I am covered and getting the best deal available.
