Not impressed at all. This was my first time getting one prescription filled that was totally botched. The pharmacist gave me a hard time about taking/paying for prescription. He belittled and insulted myself and my family practice whom I love. I will not be going back.
Love everyone here!! They are truly a family pharmacy. To be known by name on a personal level really makes all the difference in the world. They are always on top of it time and cost wise, I'd recommend to anyone.
I would like the thank the Awesome and Friendly staff at Gateway Pharmacy for your customer service and compassionate environment. I had to have a prescription filled for my 2 year old little girl and was having a hard time finding a pharmacy that would cover the cost. Well thanks to the direction from Novant Kernersville Pediatrics and another Pharmacy in the neighborhood, I was lead to this Pharmacy. And let me tell you! It was one of the most pleasant experiences that I've had in a drug/retail store in my life. The owner and young lady that helped me had the most pleasant and understanding dispositions! After dealing with respiratory issues with a 2 yr. old, and the emotions that tie into this kind of thing as a parent, made it much easier and I appreciate you all for your humbled attitudes and help.
This is my pharmacy that I have used since moving to Kernersville. You get great personal service here, very friendly. They have a drive thru for your conviences. There is also a sub station for the US Mail there. Great friendly customer service.
