Their sub-contractors stole my vegetables and BCR hasn't compensated me yet. Now I'm worried about their workmanship on my roof. Calculated and Maliciously stole from my property and BCR will not address the matter. They want their money though!!! Go figure!!! I will not recommend them or call them back for warranty coverage if the roof starts to leak.
I would not recommend them. They replaced my roof last summer after a hail storm damaged it. My roof (specifically the chimney) had never once leaked before. After they were finished, during the first rain storm water started streaming down the inside of the chimney, causing the mantle to warp with water damage. They came out , said they fixed it and that they would replace the mantle. It leaked again the next rain storm. Still nothing had been done about the mantle. They came back out again, said they fixed it and said they would fix the mantle again. It took them 3 different time's (after claiming they fixed it each time) to actually fix the leak. They never fixed the mantle. They said they would write me a check to cover the cost of it. The check never came. When I called to ask whats up they said they were waiting to hear back from their head office to send the check (this was in October, the problems started in August). I text, called, left messages. Nothing. Still waiting on that check. Wouldn't trust them put a roof on my dogs house.
All dealings with any business should be like this company. Chris Ellis held my hand through the entire process. He was even at the house when the insurance adjuster was here. I knew nothing about replacing a roof and was very apprehensive. Chris walked me through from beginning to end. They have a great staff that is there for you with a smile in their voice. Casey, the project manager, made scheduling and the final wrap up a breeze. I was kept informed throughout. The roofing crew was pleasant, courteous and very efficient. When all was done, except for a new roof, you wouldn't know they had been here. Thank you Best Choice. I love my new roof!

Best Choice Roofing is a good company. I would recommend them to others. They did our roof on February 27, 2016. After uncertain if the insurance company would assist in the process of the roofing, Best Choice Roofing got the job done.. We have storm damage and Best Choice Roofing knew the roof damage was from the storm damage. They even repaired the damage in the room inside the house with no mess to the room. I would proudly recommend Best Choice Roofing to others. They did a great job and we are well pleased.
Best Choice Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I am very happy with the quality and dependability of it.
