Ordered ourkitchen appliances on 10/13 and was scheduled for delivery today... I called them because I have been told PM the first time I called and AM the 2nd time I called. Well I called again this morning just to make sure due to not receiving any phone calls to confirm or notice of any changes.
The customer service department said they are now scheduled to deliver on the 11/9... no communication is the worst! I do not recommend ordering appliances through Lowes unless you want them a month later ....
Ordered special order flooring, told them I need asap. Had to call to make it was in, they never called me. Told them on phone to get it ready, I'd be in with in the hour. I got there, no one pulled it, no one even looked for it. So 43 minutes later.... I'm still waiting. Getting more and more upset. Told them from get go... I'm on a very tight schedule. Guess they don't comprehend that concept.
They seem to have everything needed for Building or renovating a home. Large jobs or small jobs can be handled here. I personally like the fact that they give veterans a 10% discount with military id. Staff is available for answering questions and finding the right part. I highly recommend.
One of the better Lowe's I've been to. It can take a few minutes to find a staff member that isn't already helping someone else, but the layout makes the most sense and I can usually get what I need quickly without having to ask an associate every time. They offer a Military discount, which is a big deal for me, especially when a lot of establishments on Kernersville road do not offer such discounts.
The gentleman at the paint counter was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. I had many questions about the product I wanted to buy. I went back to ask more questions a total of three times. He was so helpful...I'm sorry I didn't get his name.
