He fixed a particularly tough issue (see Audi A4 CVT transmission failure). I had written the car off based on what I read online. However, Rodney patiently worked with me for over a year, and was able to resurrect the car. It is driving as it was when it was new. He is more than fair, and is very transparent. He talks to you so that you understand the problem and the solution.
